Every timepiece deserves due care and appreciation, and that starts with a plan for secure delivery. We require advanced notice and coordination for any shipment.
Once we receive the timepiece, we provide confirmation of delivery and document the item's current condition. If there are any obvious issues, like a broken balance staff, we will let you know right away.
We do not take shortcuts. Every movement service includes complete disassembly, careful cleaning, basic regulation, and a quality assurance review. Clients will be contacted before any damaged parts are replaced, unless previously authorized.
